The apartment was so cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a perfect family stay. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV, and a washing machine. The bedroom was lovely, and the whole place felt like home.

The only thing I didn't particularly love was that there was only one bathroom. But hey, everyone's different and it might not bother others.

Free WiFi was great, I loved taking selfies with the city views. Carcassonne Airport was conveniently close, no need to worry about traveling too far. Exploring the cathedral just 400 meters away was a delightful experience.

Oh, how I absolutely adored having to deal with poor WiFi signal and slow internet speeds. Such a treat, truly.

The location of Carnot Chic was perfect, centrally located near bars, shops, and restaurants. It was also just a 20-minute walk to the castle, making it convenient for exploring the city. The apartment itself was very clean and had been recently updated, with a modern shower and charming decor.

During our stay, there were some issues with the Wi-Fi and TV networks, as there was no signal to the main box. This made it difficult for us to make travel reservations and use our digital Eurail pass.

I always come back to this place. It has everything I need – Wi-Fi, TV, lift. The staff is helpful; they returned my documents once. Perfect for me! Hiking, canoeing, fishing, horseback riding, golf, bowling. No pets or smoking allowed. Coming back for the weekend!

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the updated shower with slate walls was a nice touch. The location was perfect, right on a lovely square with plenty of cafes and restaurants. It was also close to the train station, making transportation very convenient. The staff, especially Laetitia, were extremely accommodating and provided a lot of helpful information about the city and surrounding area. I was very impressed with the hotel facilities and the friendly service.
